Q: Are you factory or trading company?

A: We have our own factory to produce PET SUPPLIES, and ODM/OEM Customized is available.Not only our own logo—HollyPet. Also accept to print customers’ logo.

Q: How Can I Get the Sample?

A: The sample order is available and it will be delivered within 7-15 days.The cost of the sample will be refunded in the later formal order.

Q: How about the shipping cost?

A: If your goods is not large, we can send goods to you via counier, such as FEDEX, DHL,we cooperated with them for long time, so we have good price.If your goods is large, we will send to you via sea, we can quote the price to you, then you can choose whether use our forwarder or yours.

Q: How do I customize my own product?

A: OEM/ODM service is support.If you need to customize your product, you can contact our customer service by clicking the button below. If you need to add your own logo, please prepare the PDF file of the logo, and we will help you choose the appropriate printing method. ⚪ CUSTOMIZE

Q: How about the price? Can you make it cheaper?

A: The price depends on the item your demand(Shape,size,quantity etc.) We will issue discount coupons regularly, you just need follow our store to get them.
